EOE is Canada’s largest provider of Konica Minolta business machines. We are proud of our supportive, flexible, yet demanding environment. Our average Account Manager tenure is over 10 years for good reason. We are currently looking for talented individuals in the areas of account management and inside sales.

Position Title Information
Account Manager Account Manager Position Profile:
The Account Manager is responsible for delivering a monthly quota of business equipment solutions to business clientele in the Toronto area. You will be responsible for servicing an existing client base as well as prospect your geographic territory, target potential companies and develop long-term partnerships with the customers.

Account Manager Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultative sales approach - accurately assessing customer objectives and needs and creating a value driven solution for both the customer and their organization.
  • Set challenging yet realistic performance targets, and meet or exceed them while maintaining customer satisfaction and overall results.
  • Identify and prioritize high potential sales opportunities
  • Prospect potential customers with enthusiasm
  • Build rapport & trust with external and internal customers
  • Coordinate and manage all resources to meet the needs of the client
  • Assist with customer care issues and provide solutions by working with key internal contacts
  • Prepare and present new business / renewal proposals
  • Ensure annual review of individual client service requirements to identify needs for change or improvement in service plan
  • Support company values
  • Take ownership of personal development by ensuring timely completion of our skills development programs.

Account Manager Remuneration:
  • Base Salary + commission + performance bonuses
  • Earnings range in year one $40K-$60K, substantially higher in subsequent years.

Inside Sales Rep. Inside Sales Representative Position Profile:
You will prospect for new potential clients. Our typical clients are medium sized businesses in the GTA and Golden Horseshoe. You will develop a wide range of business skills from customer relationship management and problem solving skills, to negotiation and closing abilities. You are an entrepreneurial individual. Your challenge will be to qualify new accounts for the sales team.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultative sales approach - accurately assessing customer objectives and needs and creating a value driven solution for both the customer and their organization.
  • Set challenging yet realistic performance targets, and meet or exceed them while maintaining customer satisfaction and overall results.
  • Identify and prioritize high potential sales opportunities
  • Managing a “touch” marketing system comprised of delivery of various marketing pieces both electronically and traditional means.
  • Prospect potential customers with enthusiasm through a proven system of direct marketing, telephone and e-mail communications.
Inside Sales Representative Profile:

  • Initiative without “cold call” reluctance
  • Sales skills/people skills/relationship manager
  • Self motivated and results oriented with a strong sales aptitude

  • Minimum 2 years direct selling experience

Inside Sales Representative Remuneration:
  • Base salary
  • Generous commission
  • Strong growth potential: earnings range of $40K-$60K in 1st year $60K-$80K by 2nd year

  • Flexible hours - You can determine your own schedule & hours.
  • Part-time is available if preferred.
